HOUSTON — Hurricane Hanna rumbled toward the Texas Gulf Coast on Saturday, lashing the shoreline with wind gusts and rain and threatening to bring storm surge and possible tornadoes to a part of the country trying to cope with a spike in coronavirus cases.
