Tropical Storm Darby Lessons Learned Discussed

Honolulu City Council Committee on Public Works, Infrastructure and Sustainability conducted a discussion on lessons learned following the onslaught of rain brought by Tropical Storm Darby, July 24-25.

Tropical Storm Darby swept through O’ahu last month with heavy rains that caused flooding in parts of urban Honolulu.    As HPR’s Wayne Yoshioka reports, the City Council focused on some of the problem areas today.
