Healthcare Providers Prepare for Medical Aid in Dying
Hawaii’s Death with Dignity law is set to go into effect January first. The law allows terminally ill patients to request a lethal prescription to voluntarily end their lives. Including Hawaii, there are now 5 states plus the District of Columbia that allow medical aid in dying.

The show features a series of monologues that challenge the myth that older adults are “over the hill with one foot in the grave.”

Honolulu’s Peter Kaye reminds us of the rich history of the small but hearty band of Greek immigrants that you may not have known about.
