For months, the fissures in the Republican Party have continued to split the GOP. Although the StopTrump movement has itself been stopped, many in it are still wondering how to support a party whose nominee they can’t support. That would seem to be the situation with state representative Beth Fukumoto-Chang. We’ve been speaking with her periodically to get her assessment of the GOP’s future in Hawaii and her personal dislike of the party’s now nominee for President.   Children find it easy to leap into fantastical new worlds, and we can only envy them. Adults who are able to create such worlds, and bring them to life in performance, have a special gift - and a special skill. Peter Wing and his wife Melinda Wing have made storytelling to children a specialty… they’re presenting a show called “Mythical Magical Creatures, Stories and Songs” at the Kihei Public Library later this week, and Peter is on the line.
