Consumer Protection Week Launched in Hawai'i

The state department charged with consumer protection in Hawai’i is reaching out to the public this week.  The regulators want you to know how you can guard against fraud and when it occurs to bring the culprits to justice.   HPR’s Wayne Yoshioka reports.
